DBL’s Work: Partnering with a digital design agency, we led user diligence interviews with clients and internal firm stakeholders, synthesized pain points and opportunities into requirements documents, and served as legal service SME and liaison between firm and design agency

Opportunity: Solve manufacturing client’s pain point around inconsistent contracting process (and unhelpful contract repository offered by competitor firm)
DBL’s Work: Helped law firm understand current state of client’s contracting process (through Client Insights Interview) and to map out the ideal future state. Leveraged an existing firm software (HighQ) to build a Contract Lifecycle Management tool and sell packaged service to client
Outcome: Client is moving legal work from competing firm, and firm is scaling solution to other clients
