WATCH: DBL, Taft and Tableau

We helped the Taft law firm to develop a process for managing time entry and matter budgeting data for their banking clients. We then built a series of Tableau dashboards that display the data, color-coded with red/yellow/green KPIs, so they could help their client understand how billings were comparing to budgets in real-time. For the past three years, we’ve managed a Tableau Cloud instance on behalf of the firm, where the underlying data is automatically refreshed hourly.
