DBL, Taft and Tableau

We helped the Taft law firm to develop a process for managing time entry and matter budgeting data for their banking clients. We then built a series of Tableau dashboards that display the data, color-coded with red/yellow/green KPIs, so they could help their client understand how billings were comparing to budgets in real-time. For the past three years, we’ve managed a Tableau Online instance on behalf of the firm, where the underlying data is automatically refreshed hourly.

In this webinar, Michael Gordon of Taft will talk about the problem he was looking to solve, and how he’s used the transparency provided by these dashboards to attract new clients. We’ll also have a representative from Tableau join us to talk about how else their customers are using the latest data viz tools.
